What is UG4ALL?

UG4ALL is an online job platform created to simplify the process of finding jobs and hiring talent in Uganda. It serves two main user groups:

Job Seekers: People searching for full-time, part-time, or contract jobs across various sectors.

Employers: Companies and individuals who want to advertise jobs and find qualified candidates easily.

Getting Started

UG4ALL is designed to connect job seekers with employers across Uganda in a simple, efficient, and user-friendly way. Whether you're here to post jobs or find work, getting started is easy.

Step 1a: Visit the Website

Step 1b: Choose Your Account Type

Job Seeker – Looking for a job? Click "Job Seeker" to create your profile and explore opportunities.
Employer – Need to hire? Click "Employer" to post job listings and manage applicants.

Step 1c: Create Your Account

Fill in the registration form with your:
Full name
Phone number
Email address
Desired account type (Job Seeker or Employer)
Password (and confirm)

Step 1d: Confirm Your Registration

A confirmation link or OTP will be sent to your email or phone. Follow the instructions to activate your account.

Step 1e: Login & Explore

After activation, log in to your dashboard to:
Apply for jobs (Job Seeker)
Post and manage job ads (Employer)

Not ready to apply? Bookmark jobs to revisit them later at your convenience.

Step 2d: Track Progress

Access your dashboard to monitor the status of your applications in real-time—know when an employer views or responds.

Enable job alerts to receive instant notifications when new jobs matching your profile are posted.
